A Little About Me...
I am a native Oregonian, graduating from Linfield College in 2002 and from Pacific University in 2006. Soon after starting my physical therapy career, I specialized in pelvic health... and I've never looked back! My post-doctoral training includes coursework and certifications with the American Physical Therapy Association's Section on Women's Health, Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Kent, Pelvic Floor Yoga™ with Leslie Howard, ORIGIN Pelvic Care Practitioner Training Program, and more.
Today, I work with clients both in-person and online. I lead a global online community of self-proclaimed pelvic witches, with a special emphasis on Body Majick, nervous system regulation, tissue tending, and reclaiming (and empowering) mind-body-pelvic health.
